Released in December 2021 and January 2022, the 2nd edition of Base Set Cryptid Nation was a much needed bolus of access to these card following the meteoric price increases of the lower print run Kickstarter and 1st Edition sets.

Some of the United States booster box print run was used to provide booster packs and box topper packs for the first Walmart MetaZoo product release.

 

The Secret Rare "Blue Ink" can be rarely found within the Box Topper packs contained in the Booster Boxes. Approximately 250 Blue Ink are estimated to have been printed.
